Swift Signing Florida provides mobile notary services and general life insurance education and assistance. In this policy, “Swift Signing Florida,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Swift Signing Florida and Daniel Barroso.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Children should not submit information through this website. Information concerning a child's insurance request must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, grandparent, or other authorized adult.

Contact us if you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and compliance records, to resolve disputes, and to satisfy legal, regulatory, licensing, contractual, or carrier requirements.
